Who am I?

My name is Britany Clements. I am a graduate student at Miami University, and long-time resident of Oahu. I currently reside on the leeward side of the Island with my husband and two young children. I am a conservationist, Navy vet, and lover of nature.

It’s this love of nature that has brought me to create a site dedicated to sharing information on the plants, birds, and animals of Oahu. Not just to share the information, but also to engage readers in the world around them.

Conservation is everywhere, and something anyone can do. Even when it looks like you can’t or don’t fit - make your own path!
